01. Our Services
Find Home is the trading name of IF ATELIER LIMITED. We provide tenant-focused property search, relocation consultancy and move-in support for individuals, families and businesses.
Our services may include property research, viewing coordination, offer assistance, tenancy application guidance and relocation arrangements, depending on the agreed service package.
02. Our Commitment
We focus on understanding your individual needs and helping you make informed decisions.
We aim to provide transparent communication, carefully considered recommendations and professional support throughout your relocation journey.
Property availability, application approval and tenancy terms remain subject to the relevant landlord or letting agent.
03. Engagement & Fees
The scope of our services and any applicable fees will be explained and agreed before paid services begin.
Fees depend on the services requested and will be confirmed in your individual service agreement. Any additional services requiring payment will be discussed in advance.
04. Property Applications
We assist clients with property searches, negotiations and application coordination. However, all rental offers, referencing decisions and tenancy agreements remain subject to the relevant parties' approval.
We do not guarantee the availability of any particular property or the acceptance of a rental application.
05. Changes & Cancellations
We understand that relocation plans can change. If you wish to amend or cancel your service, please contact us as early as possible.
Any applicable cancellation charges or refunds will be determined in accordance with your agreed service terms and your statutory consumer rights.
06. Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.
Information collected during your relocation may be shared with relevant property agents, referencing providers and service partners where appropriate and lawful.

07. Responsibility & Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill.
While we make every effort to support a smooth relocation, we are not responsible for decisions made independently by landlords, referencing providers or other third parties.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, or affects your statutory rights.

If you have any questions or concerns about our services, please contact us directly. We aim to address concerns fairly, professionally and promptly.
Details of our formal complaints procedure and any applicable independent redress arrangements are available upon request.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply.
