01 - The challenge

A move with more moving parts than most.

Not every move to London follows a straight line. Our client was juggling a visa timeline that kept shifting, a tenancy start date that moved twice, and a list of documentation requirements from the letting agent that seemed to grow by the week.

On their own, each of these was manageable. Together - and from another time zone - they turned an exciting new chapter into a tangle of chasing, re-submitting and waiting.

What they needed was someone in London who could hold all of the moving parts together.

02 - Our approach

One point of contact for everything.

We took over the coordination. That meant staying in regular contact with the letting agent and referencing team, tracking each document as it was requested, submitted, queried and approved - and translating the process into plain language at every step.

When the move-in date changed, we resequenced the applications, updated the tenancy arrangements and made sure nothing already completed had to be done twice.

Throughout, our client received short, clear updates: what had happened, what was needed next, and by when.

03 - The outcome

Signed, settled and stress removed.

Despite the changing requirements, the tenancy was completed without a single missed deadline. Our client flew into London with their home already secured, the paperwork finished and the keys waiting for them.

The complexity never disappeared - it was simply handled, quietly and in order, before it could reach them.
