01 - The challenge

Several employees. One moving date.

A growing company was bringing a group of employees to London at the same time. Each had a different budget, a different commute and a different idea of home - but HR needed the whole team housed before a single launch date.

Coordinating separate searches through separate agents was consuming weeks of internal time, and the risk of someone arriving without a home was growing by the week.

They needed a single partner who could manage the whole programme.

02 - Our approach

A programme, not a pile of searches.

We started with one consultation with HR to map the requirements: locations, budgets, timelines and the practical needs of each employee.

From there we ran the searches in parallel - shortlisting homes, arranging group and individual viewings, negotiating terms and coordinating referencing for each member of the team - while HR received one consolidated update each week.

When two employees chose homes in the same building, we aligned their move-in dates and coordinated the practicalities together.

03 - The outcome

Everyone home before the deadline.

The full team was housed ahead of schedule, each in a home matched to their commute and budget - and HR managed the entire programme through a single point of contact.

The finance team received one clear summary instead of a trail of separate email threads, and the new joiners arrived to keys, utilities and broadband already arranged.
