We assist with referencing, document preparation and communication with the letting agent. If a guarantor is required, we can also support you with third-party rent guarantor applications, helping you prepare the required information and navigate the application process.
We also help you understand the key terms of your tenancy agreement - including rent payments, tenancy length, deposits and other important conditions. If any questions or issues arise before signing, we communicate with the relevant parties and help clarify the next steps.
